摘要
选用高性能微孔聚氨酯弹性体作为浮筑楼板弹性垫层,研究了弹性垫层的密度、厚度及浮筑层厚度对浮筑楼板系统撞击声隔声性能的影响。结果表明:(1)在研究范围内,弹性垫密度越小、厚度越大,固有频率越低,动刚度越小,系统的撞击声压级改善量越大,其中采用点支撑的方式,选取弹性垫层密度400 kg/m^(3)、浮筑层为厚度100 mm混凝土,系统计权撞击声压级改善量可达36 dB;(2)使用相同的弹性垫层,选用的浮筑层厚度越大,系统的撞击声压级改善量越大,其中采用满铺的方式,弹性垫层厚度10 mm、浮筑层为厚度50 mm混凝土,系统计权撞击声压级改善量为23 dB。
In this paper,the high performance microporous polyurethane elastomer is used as the elastic cushion for floating floor slab,and the influence of the density and thickness of the elastic cushion and the thickness of the floating layer on the sound insulation performance of the floating floor slab system is studied.(1)In the study range,the smaller the density and thickness of the elastic cushion,the lower the natural frequency and the smaller the dynamic stiffness,the greater the improvement of the impact sound pressure level of the system.Using the point support method,selecting the elastic cushion density of 400 kg/m^(3) and the floating layer as the thickness of 100 mm concrete,the weighet impact noise improvement can reach 36 dB;(2)when the same elastic cushion is used,the greater the thickness of the selected floating layer,the greater the improvement of the impact sound pressure level of the system.The full paving method is adopted,the thickness of the elastic cushion is 10 mm,the thickness of the floating layer is 50 mm concrete,and the weighet impact noise improvement can reach 23 dB.
