某办公楼地面木构件检测与改造

摘要 某办公楼在进行装修改造中发现地面采用木构件架空承载,地面荷载受力构件为圆木檩条,对圆木檩条的承载存在疑问,委托专业机构对结构构件进行现场检测,确定构件传力路径,并结合现场检测结果,对构件进行改造前后的受力计算。经计算,木构件在改造后不能满足受力要求,在尽可能不对原结构进行大破坏的前提下,采取钢构件进行置换受力,以达到改造后安全使用的要求。 An office building was found in the renovation of the ground using wooden parts overhead load,the ground load component for log purlin,log purlin bearing doubt,commissioned a professional organization to carry out on-site testing of structural components,determine the force transmission path of components,and combined with the field test results,the component before and after the transformation of the force calculation.After calculation,the wood parts cannot meet the force requirements after the transformation,and under the premise of not causing great damage to the original structure as far as possible,the replacement force of steel members is adopted to meet the requirements of safe use after the transformation.
