摘要
长春市西部污水处理厂提标扩建工程臭氧催化高级氧化池有954根工程桩,桩长9.5m,在全风化泥岩土层进行长螺旋钻孔施工过程中,出土效率低,导致钻头无法快速向下钻进,施工进度和生产效率很低。项目部根据水冲沉桩的原理受到启发,采用“移植法”,在传统长螺旋钻孔灌注桩机上部增加空压机,即一种具有送风增压功能的长螺旋钻孔灌注桩施工技术,极大地提高了打桩效率,缩短了工期,降低了成本,经济效益显著。
There are 954 engineering piles in the ozone catalytic advanced oxidation tank of the upgrading and expansion project of Changchun West Sewage Treatment Plant,with the pile length of 9.5m.During the construction of long auger drilling in the fully weathered mudstone soil layer,the excavation efficiency is low,resulting in the drill bit being unable to drill down quickly,and the construction schedule and production efficiency are very low.Inspired by the principle of water flushing pile,the project department adopts the“transplantation method”to add air compressor to the traditional long auger bored pile machine,that is,a long auger bored pile construction technology with air supply and pressurization function,which greatly improves the efficiency of driving pile,shortens the construction period,reduces the cost,and has significant economic benefits.
