基于“2-4”模型的建筑施工项目安全管理研究

Research on Safety Management of Construction Project Based on“2-4”Model

由于建筑施工项目复杂的特性,导致项目安全管理存在一定的难度。基于行为安全“2-4”模型,分析建筑施工项目发生生产安全事故的原因,提出通过安全教育培训、安全技术交底、安全检查和落实安全管理责任等途径提高建筑施工项目安全管理水平的对策,以丰富人员安全知识、提高安全意识和纠正不安全习惯,从而减少人的不安全动作和物的不安全状态,降低建筑施工项目生产安全事故发生率,不断完善安全生产管理体系,为建筑施工项目安全管理提供参考。

The complex nature of construction projects lead to certain difficulties in project safety management.The causes of production safety accidents in construction projects were analyzed based on the behavior safety“2-4”model,and countermeasures including safety education and training,safety technical disclosure,safety inspection and implementation of safety management responsibilities were put forward for improving the safety management.These countermeasures can enrich safety knowledge,improve safety awareness and correct unsafe habit,so as to reduce unsafe actions of human and unsafe state of objects,thus reducing the incidence of production safety accidents in construction projects and perfecting the safety production management system,it can provide some reference for safety management of construction projects.
