摘要
为有效解决传统滤板混凝土整体现浇结构的整体性不好、不能有效提高滤池出水水质的问题,论文采用符合生活饮用水处理要求的特制高强度食品级ABS模板代替钢板模板,加工制作3个单元格的模板重复周转使用,使用整体现浇工艺,不仅提高了工程品质,降低了工程造价,而且有利于长期使用,保证产能,有效降低运维成本,具有很好的社会效益与经济效益。
In order to synthesize the advantages of the traditional conventional methods of the two filter plates,solve the problems that exist,in this paper,a special high strength food grade ABS template which meets the requirements of drinking water treatment is used instead of steel plate template,the template of 3 cells is processed and reused,use a monolithic cast-in-place process,not only improve the quality of the project,reduce the cost of the project,and it's good for long-term use,ensure production capacity,effectively reduce operation and maintenance costs,it has good social and economic benefits.
