摘要
介绍了GC-1565高塔穿索机的结构性能、工作原理以及安装工艺和施工布置,阐述了平南相思洲大桥斜拉索智能化施工技术的应用,总结出一套全新、安全、高效的钢绞线斜拉索的穿索施工技术。智能化穿索施工技术进一步提高了斜拉索施工工效和施工质量,是钢绞线斜拉索施工高效、智能、可靠的发展方向上一次很好的探索和应用,可为同类桥梁施工提供参考。
This paper introduces the structural performance,working principle,installation process and construction layout of GC-1565 high tower cable threading machine,the application and summary of intelligent construction technology for stay cables of Pingnan Xiangsizhou Bridge,and summarizes a set of new,safe and efficient cable threading construction technology for steel strand stay cables.The intelligent cable threading construction technology further improves the construction efficiency and construction quality of the stay cable,which is a good exploration and application in the development direction of efficient,intelligent and reliable construction of steel strand stay cable,and can provide some reference ideas for the construction of similar bridges.
