水电站蜗壳盘型阀锈蚀原因分析及解决方案

摘要 由于鲁地拉电厂蜗壳盘型排水阀锈蚀原因,检修周期频次也随之增加,影响蜗壳盘型阀的运行稳定性。通过对锈蚀原因分析,得出蜗壳盘型阀上部渗水及所处环境相对湿度大是其主要原因,通过改善蜗壳盘型阀工作环境对空气进行循环除湿并设计出1款新型的蜗壳盘型阀抽屉式挡排水装置,彻底消除了蜗壳盘型阀锈蚀现象,降低了蜗壳盘型阀的生产成本,提高了运行的可靠性。 Due to the corrosion of the volute disc-shaped drainage valve in the Rudila Power Plant,the frequency of maintenance cycles has also increased,which affects the operational stability of the volute disc-shaped valve.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the main reasons for the leakage of water in the upper part of the snail shell disc valve and the high relative humidity in the environment are identified.By improving the working environment of the snail shell disc valve to circulate dehumidification of air and designing a new type of snail shell disc valve drawer type drainage device,the corrosion phenomenon of the snail shell disc valve has been completely eliminated,the production cost of the snail shell disc valve has been reduced,and the reliability of operation has been improved.
