600 MW超临界“W”锅炉AGC控制深度调峰技术

摘要 自动发电控制(AGC)是电网自动控制系统对电厂的基本要求,但采用AGC深度调峰及快减负荷的火电机组普遍存在响应速度慢、操作复杂等问题。针对镇雄电厂2×600 MW超临界“W”火焰直流狭缝式燃烧器机组基于AGC控制深度调峰及快减负荷状态下从运行操作、协调控制优化等方面进行研究,对机组协调控制逻辑持续挖掘,使机组在AGC控制方式下深度减负荷至50%额定负荷(300 MW)时不投油稳燃,并能使机组在该负荷下稳定运行,减少运行人员手动操作频次,满足云南电网“两个细则”要求。 Automatic Generation Control(AGC)is a basic requirement for power plants in power grid automatic control systems.However,thermal power units that use AGC for deep peak shaving and fast load reduction generally have problems such as slow response speed and complex operation.This article focuses on the operation and coordinated control optimization of the 2×600 MWsupercritical"W"flame DC narrow slot burner unit in Zhenxiong Power Plant,based on AGC control for deep peak shaving and fast load reduction.It continuously excavates the coordinated control logic of the unit,allowing the unit to reduce the load to 50%of the rated load(300MW)under AGC control mode without adding oil to stabilize combustion,and can ensure stable operation of the unit under this load,reducing the frequency of manual operation by operators and meeting the requirements of Yunnan Power Grid's"Two Details".
