提高电气二次检修紧端子作业效率工具的研究

Research on Tools to Improve the Efficiency of Electrical Secondary Maintenance Tight Terminal Operation

水电站电气二次工作,会涉及到很多二次盘柜紧端子作业。但是在开展电气二次检修紧端子作业的过程中,会出现螺丝刀查找不便、紧端子效率低、工作时间久伤手、缺乏有效的改善工具等问题,而这些问题会影响电气二次检修紧端子作业的效率和作业质量。因此,针对水电站电气二次检修紧端子作业时出现的这些问题进行研究和分析,提出相应解决办法。

The electrical secondary work of hydropower stations involves many operations of tightening the terminals of secondary panels and cabinets.However,during the process of carrying out electrical secondary maintenance and tightening of terminals,problems such as inconvenient screwdriver searching,low efficiency of tightening terminals,prolonged working time causing hand injuries,and lack of effective improvement tools may arise.These issues will affect the efficiency and quality of electrical secondary maintenance and terminal tightening operations.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the problems that occur during the tight terminal operation of electrical secondary maintenance in hydropower stations,and proposes corresponding solutions.
