中国农村宅基地功能转型的研究进展与展望

PROGRESS AND PROSPECTS OF RESEARCH ON THE FUNCTIONAL TRANSFORMATION OF RURAL HOMESTEADS IN CHINA

为探寻我国宅基地功能转型的研究趋势与特征,对现有关于宅基地功能转型的文献进行梳理,从宅基地功能转型的视角、宅基地功能转型的过程与特征、转型的研究内容与方法、转型机理等方面,系统地总结了新中国成立以来宅基地功能转型的研究进展。认为已有研究呈现研究视角多学科交叉化,研究方法以定性分析与定量分析相结合等特征。由于社会发展进程、经济发展水平等通过改变人口、土地、资本等要素在城乡间的流动与配置影响农村宅基地及住宅形态、结构与功能的转型方向。未来应以乡村振兴战略、社会主义市场改革需求为导向,从产业升级、制度保障、资源配置等角度优化宅基地功能转型路径,以要素协同化流动推动宅基地功能转型。

To explore the research trends and characteristics of homestead functional transformation in China,this paper combed through the existing literature on the functional transformation of homestead,and systematically summarized the research progress on the functional transformation of homestead since the founding of New China from the aspects such as perspective,the process and characteristics,the research content and method,and the transformation mechanisms.It was found that existing research exhibit a multidisciplinary intersection in its perspectives,as well as a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis in research methods.Factors including the social development process,the level of economic development and so on affect the transformation direction of rural homestead and housing form,structure and function by changing the flow and allocation of population,land,capital and other factors between urban and rural areas.In the future,we should take the strategy of rural revitalization and the needs of socialist market reform as the guide,and optimize the transformation path of homestead functions from the perspectives of industrial upgrading,institutional safeguards,and resource allocation,so as to promote the transformation of homestead functions through the synergistic flow of factors.
