基于计算体育学的体育教育新模式探索与实践

摘要 在科技引领时代发展的前提下,体育教育高质量发展离不开智能技术的支持。该研究通过深入探究智慧体育模式构建的内在逻辑,基于计算体育学理论寻求高效的体育教育创新发展模式,明确智慧体育模式的构建思路和时代价值。研究认为,当前构建智慧体育模式的基本条件已然具备,这种新模式将通过计算体育学和智慧体育应用模式,持续推动体育教育高质量发展,促进青少年主动健康意识和能力,养成体育运动的习惯和技能,解决“小胖墩”“小绵羊”、脊柱侧弯等青少年身心健康突出问题。通过厘清构建智慧体育模式的逻辑重点和运转机理,设计出以学生身心成长数字档案、学生身心成长数字画像、学生身心成长运动处方、学生身心成长数字资源和基于开放系统融合的智慧空间五大功能为核心的智慧体育技术框架,并通过区域智慧体育实践探索进行系统解析,为打造现代化体育综合应用范式提供路径借鉴。 Under the premise of technology leading the development of the times,the high-quality development of physical education cannot be achieved without the support of intelligent technology.By delving into the inherent logic of constructing a smart sports model and based on the theory of computational sports,we seek an efficient innovative development model for sports education,and clarify the construction ideas and era value of the smart sports model.Research suggests that the basic conditions for building a smart sports model are already in place,and with the development of computational sports and smart sports application,we will continue to promote the high-quality development of physical education,promote the active health awareness and ability of young people,cultivate sports habits and skills,and solve prominent physical and mental health problems such as obesity,myasthenia,and scoliosis in young people.By clarifying the logical focus and operational mechanism of constructing a smart sports model,a smart sports technology framework is designed with five core functions:student growth record system,physical health portrait system,personalized sports prescription system,smart sports resource system,and smart space based on open system integration.Through regional smart sports practice exploration,a systematic analysis is conducted to provide a path reference for building a modern sports comprehensive application paradigm.
