摘要
针对某地进洪闸桥墩局部爆破拆除工况,设计人员根据理论计算,同时结合现场实际条件,决定采用分块切割预裂爆破技术进行桥墩爆破,并对爆破参数进行了计算和优化,对爆破有害效应进行了校核。进洪闸爆破完成后,桥墩沿切割线完全切断,切割面轮廓平整,无明显超欠挖现象,有效保障了保留墩体的稳定性,同时爆破有害效应得到有效控制。
In view of the partial blasting demolition condition of the piers of a flood gate somewhere,designers decide to use block-cutting presplitting blasting technology to blast the piers according to theoretical calculation and field actual conditions.The designers calculate and optimize blasting parameters,and check the harmful effects of the blasting.After blasting,piers are completely cut off along the cutting line,and the contour of the cutting surface is flat,without obvious over or under excavation.It ensures the stability of the retained piers,moreover,effectively controls the harmful effects of the blasting.
