摘要
推动高质量发展退役军人教育培训,从社会治理角度促进退役军人就业,实现社会主义现代化建设目标。依托浙江工商大学杭州商学院与临平区退役军人事务局合作,坚持贯彻“军人成为社会尊崇职业,退役军人成为社会尊重人”。倡导构建“运河学院”培训体系,以创新型模式涵盖适应性培训、学历提升、职业技能培训和在岗持续培训等,着眼于解决退役军人教育培训痛点问题,构建体系化、系统化的创新制度,大胆进行教育培训的实践探索,为退役军人教育培训高质量发展提供宝贵经验。
This research aims to promote the high-quality development of education and training for veterans,to facilitate their employment from the perspective of social governance,and to achieve the goals of socialist modernization.In collaboration with Zhejiang Gongshang University Hangzhou College of Commerce and the Veterans Affairs Bureau of Linping District,the study adheres to the principle of“making soldiers a respected profession and making veterans respected individuals”.It advocates for the establishment of the“Canal College”training system,incorporating innovative approaches covering adaptive training,academic advancement,vocational skills training,and ongoing on-the-job training.Focused on addressing pain points in the education and training of veterans,the study aims to construct a systematic and innovative system,daringly engaging in practical exploration of education and training to provide valuable insights for the high-quality development of education and training for veterans.
