摘要
随着技术进步和学习环境变迁,现代远程高等继续教育质量也应持续更新发展。通过挖掘高等继续教育质量标准的内在本质,分析其质量标准可基于学科维度、条件维度、毕业生质量维度、过程维度等四个方向,并在此基础上提出继续教育质量标准三级要素。通过条件、学科、过程、评价等4个一级要素,课程教学、学习资源等12个二级要素以及30个三级要素,共同构建现代远程高等继续教育质量标准的要素分析体系,以此提升现代远程高等继续教育质量水平。
With technological progress and changes in the learning environment,the quality of modern distance higher continuing education should also be continuously updated and developed.The exploration of the inherent essence of higher continuing education quality standards,and the analysis of their quality standards can be based on four aspects:disciplinary dimension,conditional dimension,graduate quality dimension,and process dimension.Based on this,a three-level element system of continuing education quality standards is proposed.An element analysis system for the quality standards of modern distance higher continuing education can be jointly constructed,including four primary elements,that is,conditions,disciplines,processes,and evaluations,as well as 12 secondary elements such as curriculum teaching and learning resources,and 30 tertiary elements,with the aim to enhance the quality of modern distance higher continuing education.
