知识产权法作为保护知识创造者权益的法律体系,对于鼓励创新和知识传播具有重要意义。在继续教育领域,知识产权法的应用日益受到关注。分析了知识产权法在继续教育中的应用,包括保护知识产权和维护教育公平等方面。以此为基础指出了知识产权法在继续教育中面临的挑战,如法律适用困难、教育资源共享受限以及平衡知识产权保护与教育需求的困难。针对这些挑战,提出了加强法律培训和指导、推动教育资源共享的合作机制、制定合理的知识产权政策等建议。

As a legal system to protect the rights and interests of knowledge creators,intellectual property law is of great significance for encouraging innovation and knowledge dissemination.In the field of continuing education,the application of intellectual property law is gaining increasing attention.This paper analyzes the application of intellectual property law in continuing education,including the protection of intellectual property and the maintenance of educational equity.Based on this analysis,the study identifies the challenges of intellectual property law in continuing education,including difficulties in legal application,constraints on the sharing of educational resources,and difficulties in balancing intellectual property protection with educational needs.To address these challenges,recommendations are proposed,including strengthening legal training and guidance,promoting a cooperation mechanism for sharing educational resources,and formulating reasonable intellectual property policies.
