基于曲线拟合及积分算法的山羊绒手扯长度检测方法

摘要 针对传统山羊绒手扯长度计算方法中手绘曲线费时费力、计算结果不够准确的问题,通过构建山羊绒手扯长度的数学模型,拟合山羊绒手扯长度的曲线函数并建立回归方程,利用Origin软件计算山羊绒手扯长度曲线的面积与曲线宽度的比值得到山羊绒的手扯长度。结果表明:函数拟合相关系数R^(2)接近1,曲线拟合度高,回归方程可用;曲线积分面积计算的手扯长度较传统手扯长度测试方法的误差小,误差率低,结果重现性好;该方法能够快速绘制山羊绒的手扯长度曲线,并能简捷准确地计算手扯长度。 The traditional method for calculating the length of hand pulled cashmere is time-consuming and labor-intensive,and the calculation results are not accurate enough.In this paper,the mathematical model of cashmere hand-pulled length was constructed,the curve function of cashmere hand-pulled length was fitted,the regression equation was established,and the ratio of the area of cashmere hand-pulled length curve to the width of the curve was calculated using origin software.The results show that the correlation coefficient of function fitting is close to 1,the curve fitting is high,and the regression equation can be used.Compared with the traditional method,the error rate and reproducibility of the calculation of the curve integral area is lower.This method can quickly draw the curve of hand-pulled length and calculate the hand-pulled length of cashmere simply and accurately.
