摘要
独山子石化分公司1100 kt/a乙烯装置裂解气压缩机为三缸五段,该裂解气压缩机在长周期运行过程中出现压缩机吸入带液、段间压差上涨、段间腐蚀和高压缸位移上涨等问题。通过分析段间吸入罐除沫器能力不足,段间换热器管束内部焦粒积累,裂解原料硫含量偏高,五段结焦严重等原因,采取应对措施,并通过技改技措,优化日常操作,调整阻聚剂的注入量等方式以提高压缩机运行效率,确保压缩机稳定长周期高效运行。
The cracking gas compressor in the 1.1 Mt/a ethylene plant of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company is a large unit with three cylinders and five stages.This article studies the problems in the long-term operation of this compressor including liquid entrainment in suction line,increased interstage pressure difference,interstage corrosion and increased displacement of high-pressure cylinder.By analyzing the insufficient capacity of the demister for interstage suction tank,the accumulation of coke particles inside the tube bundle of interstage heat exchanger,the high sulfur content of cracking raw materials and the severe coking in the fifth stage,some countermeasures are taken.By taking technological transformation measures,optimizing daily operation and adjusting the injection amount of polymerization inhibitors,the operating efficiency of the compressor is improved,thus ensuring the stable,long-term and efficient operation of the compressor.
