特高压换流变压器乙炔体积分数异常增长原因分析及防范措施

摘要 对某特高压换流站低端换流变压器乙炔体积分数异常增长现象进行分析。分析低端换流变压器的油色谱数据、铁芯接地电流及夹件接地电流、负荷、温度与有载分接开关的动作情况,并与高端换流变压器进行对比,确定了故障类型,明确了乙炔体积分数异常增长的原因。最后提出了相应的防范措施,以保证特高压换流变压器安全运行。 The phenomenon of abnormal increase in acetylene volume fraction in low-voltage converter transformers of a ultrahigh voltage converter station is analyzed.The oil chromatography data,core grounding current and clamp grounding current,load,temperature,and operation of on-load tap changers of the low-voltage converter transformers are analyzed,the comparison with the high-voltage converter transformers is conducted,the fault type is identified,the reason for the abnormal increase in acetylene volume fraction is determined.Finally,the corresponding preventive measures are proposed so as to ensure the safe operation of ultra-high voltage converter transformers.
