天钢降低烧结固体燃耗实践

摘要 针对天钢360 m^(2)烧结机固体燃耗偏高的问题,通过点火器改造,松料器改造,提高混合料料温,优化燃料粒级组成,降低系统漏风率等措施,强化烧结过程,优化后烧结料层厚度稳定在950 mm以上,成品率提高到84.57%,烧结利用系数提高到1.653 t/(m^(2)·h),固体燃耗降低到44.85 kg/t以下。 In response to the problem of high solid fuel consumption in the 360 m^(2)sintering machine of Tiangang,measures were taken such as modifying the igniter,loosening the material,increasing the temperature of the mixed material,optimizing the fuel particle size composition,and reducing the system air leakage rate to strengthen the sintering process.After optimization,the thickness of the sintered material layer remained stable at 950 mm or above,the yield is increased to 84.57%o,the sintering utilization coefficient is increased to 1.653 t/(m^(2)·h),and the solid fuel consumption is decreased to below 44.85 kg/t.
