复杂锑精矿碱性湿法冶炼工艺含锑多硫化物锑资源回收利用的研究

摘要 在碱性湿法炼锑过程,为了维持工艺系统内溶液中硫化钠的浓度,需将电解过程溶液中增生的硫化钠脱除,湖南东港锑品有限公司采用了冷冻结晶的方法处理净化电解后液,所获得的硫化钠结晶物成分复杂,含有多硫化钠、硫代亚锑酸钠(含锑:10%~18%)、氢氧化钠等钠盐,无法作硫化钠化工品销售,也造成锑资源大量浪费。文章针对此结晶物开展研究,提出了一种锑资源有效回收的方法,回收锑资源含锑品位可达40%左右,同时确定了相关技术参数。 In the alkaline hydrometallurgy of antimony process,in order to maintain the concentration of sodium sulfide in the solution within the process system,it is necessary to remove the excess sodium sulfide generated in the electrolysis process.Hunan Donggang Antimony Co.,Ltd.employs a method of cold crystallization to purify the electrolyzed solution.The obtained sodium sulfide crystals have a complex composition,containing polysulfides,sodium thioantimonate(containing antimony:10%~18%),sodium hydroxide,and other sodium salts.These crystals cannot be sold as sodium sulfide chemical products,resulting in significant waste of antimony resources.In this study,a method for effectively recovering antimony resources from these crystals is proposed.The antimony grade can reach around 40%in terms of antimony content,and the relevant technical parameters are determined.
