摘要
采用中和沉淀—氧化焙烧—硫酸浸出工艺从再生锡电解液中回收铟,考察了焙烧及浸出条件对锡、铟浸出率的影响。结果表明:再生锡电解液中和pH值5.5时锡、铟中和沉淀完全,中和渣100 g在600℃条件下焙烧1 h,然后在硫酸初始浓度60 g/L、液固比4/1、浸出温度50℃条件下浸出1 h,锡、铟浸出率分别是0.6%,96.2%,实现了锡、铟分离;铟浸出液调节pH值1.0~1.5,用铝板在25℃条件下置换24 h,置换产物海绵铟经制团、碱熔制备成纯度为97.2%的粗铟。
Indium from recycled tin electrolyte.The process of neutralization precipitation,oxidation roasting and sulfuric acid leaching was recovered.The effects of roasting and leaching conditions on leaching rates of tin and indium were investigated.The results showed that when the neutralization pH value of the reclaimed tin electrolyte was 5.5,tin and indium were completely neutralized and precipitated,and the neutralization slag of 100g was calcined at 600℃for 1h,and then the leaching rate of tin and indium was 0.6%and 96.2%respectively at the initial concentration of sulfuric acid of 60 g/L,the liquid-solid ratio of 4/1 and the leaching temperature of 50℃for 1h.The pH value of indium leaching solution was adjusted to 1.0~1.5,and the aluminum plate was replaced at 25℃for 24 h.The replacement product,sponge indium,was prepared into crude indium with a purity of 97.2%by clumping and alkali melting.
