有氧联合抗阻运动的先后顺序对久坐女性血糖变异及疲劳消除的影响

Effects of the Sequential Order of Aerobic Combined Resistance Exercise on Blood Glucose Variability and Fatigue Elimination in Sedentary Women

摘要 目的:探究不同先后顺序的有氧联合抗阻运动对久坐女性血糖变异及疲劳消除的影响。方法:21名久坐女性进行交叉对照实验,分别进行2次先有氧后抗阻运动(AR组)和先抗阻后有氧运动(RA组),洗脱期为4天。分别采用动态血糖仪、GT3X加速度传感器监测血糖、体力活动,比较运动期及恢复期的血糖浓度、疲劳消除等指标,对比运动前1日、运动当日及运动后1日的血糖变异情况。结果:1)两组运动期及恢复期血糖浓度的时间(P<0.01)、组别(P<0.05)主效应显著;与AR组相比,运动后1日RA组空腹血糖变化率显著下降(P<0.05)。2)AR组:与运动前1日和运动当日相比,运动后1日血糖均值显著升高(P<0.05);与运动前1日相比,运动当日及运动后1日葡萄糖目标范围内时间(time in range,TIR)显著增加(P<0.01),低于葡萄糖目标范围时间(time below range,TBR)显著减少(P<0.01);与运动当日相比,运动后1日TIR显著增加(P<0.05),TBR显著减少(P<0.01)。RA组:与运动前1日相比,运动当日血糖均值和TIR显著下降(P<0.05),运动后1日血糖水平标准差和血糖变异系数显著增加(P<0.05)。3)与运动前(t_(0min))相比,AR组运动后即刻(R_(0min))、运动后10 min(R1_(0min))舒张压显著下降(P<0.01),RA组R_(0min)收缩压显著升高(P<0.01)。与AR组相比,RA组R_(0min)、R1_(0min)舒张压显著升高(P<0.05)。两组血乳酸浓度的时间主效应显著(P<0.01)。4)日内能量消耗、METs、剧烈体力活动与TIR呈正相关,与TBR呈负相关。每小时能量消耗、METs与血糖均值呈正相关。结论:不同先后顺序的有氧联合抗阻运动对血糖有一定的影响,先有氧后抗阻运动后TIR增加,TBR减少,先抗阻后有氧运动则相反;不同运动顺序引起的疲劳均在休息10 min后有所消除,先有氧后抗阻运动后舒张压显著下降;每小时能量消耗、METs与血糖均值具有相关性。 Objective:To explore the effects of aerobic combined resistance exercise in different orders on blood glucose variability and fatigue elimination in sedentary women.Methods:A cross-control experiment was conducted on 21 sedentary women,and two times of aerobic exercise before resistance exercise(AR group)and resistance exercise before aerobic exercise(RA group)were performed respectively,and the wash-out period was 4 days.Continuous glucose monitoring and GT3X accelerometer were used to monitor blood glucose and physical activity,and blood glucose concentration during exercise,recovery period,fatigue elimination and other indicators were compared,and the blood glucose variability on the day before exercise,the day of exercise and the day after exercise was compared.Results:1)The time(P<0.01)and group(P<0.05)main effects of blood glucose concentration during exercise and recovery period were significant in both groups;compared with AR group,the change rate of fasting blood glucose in RA group was significantly decreased one day after exercise(P<0.05).2)AR group:Compared with the day before exercise and the day after exercise,the mean blood glucose of the day after exercise was significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the day before exercise,the time in range(TIR)on exercise day and the day after exercise significantly increased(P<0.01),and the time below range(TBR)was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with exercise day,TIR was significantly increased(P<0.05)and TBR was significantly decreased(P<0.01).RA group:Compared with the day before exercise,the mean blood glucose and TIR on the day before exercise were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the standard deviation of blood glucose and coefficient of variation on the day after exercise were significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with before exercise(t_(0min)),diastolic blood pressure in AR group decreased significantly at immediately after exercise(R_(0min))and 10 min after exercise(R1_(0min))(P<0.01),systolic blood pressure in RA group increased significantly at R_(0min)(P<0.01).Compared with AR group,R_(0min) and R1_(0min) diastolic blood pressure in RA group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The main effect of time on blood lactic acid concentration in the two groups was significant(P<0.01).4)Intraday energy consumption,METs,and vigorous physical activity were negatively correlated with TBR and positively correlated with TIR.Energy consumption and METs were positively correlated with mean blood glucose per hour.Conclusions:Different sequential orders of aerobic combined resistance exercise have a certain effect on blood glucose.After aerobic resistance exercise,TIR increases,TBR decreases,and resistance after aerobic exercise is the opposite.The fatigue caused by different exercise sequences was eliminated after 10 min of rest,and the diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly after aerobic resistance exercise.Energy consumption per hour and METs were correlated with mean blood glucose.
