Research on High-Quality Development of Sports Industry Driven by New Quality Productive Forces

新质生产力是以科技创新为核心的先进生产力质态,是驱动体育产业高质量发展的新动力。基于此,在充分释义新质生产力提出逻辑和科学内涵基础上,探究新质生产力驱动体育产业高质量发展的理论价值、运行机理和推进路径。研究认为,新质生产力主要通过新要素、新技术、新业态三大系统的良性互动驱动体育产业高质量发展。遵循“新要素-新技术-新业态”这一驱动逻辑,进一步探究了新质生产力与体育产业高质量发展的互动机理,同时结合多维政策保障提出如下路径:1)坚持创新是第一动力,强化体育产业关键核心技术攻关;2)完善体育产业科技创新体系,加快实现体育科技自立自强;3)培育体育战略性新兴产业和未来产业,抢占体育高质量发展新阵地;4)坚持全方位提高劳动者素质,提供强有力人才支撑,推动体育产业高质量发展。

New quality productive forces is an advanced productivity with scientific and technological innovation as the core,a new driving force for high-quality development of the sports industry.Based on this,on the basis of fully explaining the logic and scientific connotation of the new quality productive forces,the theoretical value,operating mechanism and promotion paths of the new quality productive forces driving the high-quality development of the sports industry are explored.The study holds that the new quality productive forces drive the high-quality development of the sports industry mainly through the positive interaction of the three systems of new factors,new technologies and new formats.Following the driving logic of“new elements,new technologies and new formats”,this study further explores the interaction mechanism between new quality productive forces and high-quality development of the sports industry.At the same time,combined with multi-dimensional policy support,the following approaches are proposed:1)Adhere to innovation as the first driving force and strengthen research on key core technologies of the sports industry;2)improve the sports industry science and technology innovation system,and accelerate the realization of sports science and technology self-reliance;3)cultivate strategic emerging sports industries and future industries to seize new positions for high-quality sports development;4)adhere to the all-round improvement of the quality of workers,provide strong talent support to promote the high-quality development of sports industry.
