摘要
为保证列车通信时信号传输的转发和放大功能正常,针对列车运行过程中网络系统中继器故障进行了研究。通过对中继器自身硬件及供电电路检查及中继模块冗余功能测试,得出光耦器件随机失效是导致中继器无法正常工作的根本原因;在此基础上结合列车检修维护和软件设计,在加强设备日常维护、完善中继器内部两个模块间的冗余策略、优化TCMS中继器模块故障诊断软件逻辑方面提出了改进方案。改进方案已在故障列车中装车实施,并完成试验验证。结果表明,改进方案可以有效地降低中继器设备的故障率,提高列车运营的稳定性。
In order to ensure the normal function of signal transmission and amplification during train communication,the failure of the network system repeater during train operation is studied.Through the inspection of the repeater's hardware and power supply circuit,and the redundant function test of the repeater module,it is concluded that the random failure of the optocoupler device is the root cause of the failure of the repeater to work normally.On this basis,combined with the train maintenance and software design,the improvement scheme is proposed in the aspects of strengthening the daily maintenance of the equipment,perfecting the redundancy strategy between the two modules inside the repeater,and optimizing the fault diagnosis software logic of TCMS.The improvement plan has been implemented in the faulty train,and the test verification has been completed.The results show that the improved scheme can effectively reduce the failure rate of repeater equipment,and improve the stability of train operation.
