摘要 在我国工业自动化、智能化转型的时代背景下,数控加工工艺标准化的完善,已成为企业保证产品质量、提升产品市场占有率的关键。针对当前数控加工工艺应用过程中存在的问题,从统一工艺标准、规范作业流程着手进行数控加工工艺标准化体系的建设,可确保加工工艺的一致性、可复制性,帮助企业节本增效,提高生产效率和产品质量,提升市场竞争力。 In the era of industrial automation and intelligent transformation in China,the improvement of CNC machining process standardization has become the key for enterprises to ensure product quality and increase market share.In response to the problems existing in the current application process of CNC machining technology,starting from unified process standards and standardized operating procedures,the construction of a CNC machining process standardization system can ensure the consistency and replicability of the machining process.And thenhelp enterprises to save costs and increase efficiency,improve production efficiency and product quality,and enhance market competitiveness.
