摘要
数控车铣加工是高职院校数控加工技术专业和机械设计制造专业一门重要的核心课程,基于“1+X”证书制度,参照数控车铣加工职业技能等级证书的理论和技能考核标准,通过教学框架的设计、教学内容的重构、实施要点的探索,进行了课证融通教学模式的构建。该教学模式可充分发挥“课证融通”的重要作用,在培养学生精湛的实践操作能力同时,帮助其顺利考取职业技能等级证书,实现专业学习与岗位实践的紧密对接,为学生未来的就业奠定坚实基础。
Computer numerical control(CNC)turning and milling machining is an important core course in the CNC machining technology and mechanical design and manufacturing majors of vocational colleges.Based on the"1+X"certificate system,referring to the theory and skill assessment standards of CNC turning and milling machining vocational skill level certificates,a teaching model of integrating courses and certificates was constructed through the design of teaching framework,reconstruction of teaching content,and exploration of implementation points.This teaching mode can fully play the important role of"integrating courses and certificates",cultivating students'excellent practical skills,and helping them smoothly obtain vocational skill level certificates,achieve a close connection between professional learning and industry positions,and lay a solid foundation for student's future employment.
