Research on the integration strategy of industry and education in mechanical majors under the background of the"Double High Plan"

产教融合是推进“双高计划”的重要内容。针对目前机械类专业产教融合过程中存在的合作深度不足、难以形成合力、缺乏长效机制等问题,提出了共建育人体系、打造交替培养模式,构建长效合作机制等策略,以充分发挥校企各自的资源和技术优势,培养能服务国家战略、融入区域发展、促进产业升级的机械类专业高素质技术型人才。

The integration of industry and education is crucial for advancing the"Double High Plan."To address issues such as insufficient cooperation depth,difficulty in forming synergy,and lack of long-term mechanisms in the mechanical engineering field,several strategies are proposed.These include jointly building an education system,creating alternating training models,and establishing long-term cooperation mechanisms.These strategies aim to leverage the resources and technological strengths of schools and enterprises,and to cultivate high-quality technical talents in mechanical engineering who can serve national strategies,integrate into regional development,and promote industrial upgrading.
