摘要
为了解决松软煤层回采巷道的支护问题、控制松散岩层的稳定性,设计了一种新型矿用中空注浆锚索。从注浆锚固的功能出发,详细设计了注浆锚索的各部分结构和尺寸,通过拉力试验得出注浆锚索的各项力学参数,并阐述了注浆锚索在施工过程中的注意要点。通过现场使用效果对比得出:该注浆锚索的支护形式不仅减小围岩变形量,保证顶板的稳定性,减少了工人支护作业的劳动强度,而且实现了锚注一体,提高了作业效率,节约了松软岩层的支护成本。
In order to solve the support problem of mining roadway in soft coal seam and control the stability of loose rock stratum,a new type of mine hollow grouting anchor cable was designed.Based on the function of grouting anchorage,the structure and size of each part of grouting anchor cable were designed in detail.The mechanical parameters of grouting anchor cable were obtained by tensile test,and the key points of grouting anchor cable in construction process were expounded.Through the comparison of the field use effect,it is concluded that the support form of the grouting anchor cable not only reduces the deformation of the surrounding rock,ensures the stability of the roof,reduces the labor intensity of the workers support operation,but also realizes the integration of anchor and grouting,improves the operation efficiency,and saves the support cost of the soft rock stratum.
