煤矿井下工程参数随钻测量系统研制与试验研究

摘要 针对目前煤矿井下各类钻孔施工无法直接获得孔内钻具相关钻进工程参数的问题,研制了适用煤矿井下工况的工程参数随钻测量系统。该系统包括硬件、传感器组件、电子器件及配套软件四部分,可以实时测量孔底钻头附近的钻压、扭矩、内外环空压力、转速、振动、温度等工程参数及方位、倾角、工具面向角等钻孔轨迹参数。详细介绍了该系统的工作原理、各部分组成及主要作用,并针对性开展了地面先导性试验。试验表明:该系统工作状态连续稳定,工程参数数据测量准确,相关数据变化趋势符合钻具实际工作状态,可以有效指导钻进施工;同一孔段测得的钻孔轨迹参数相比常规有线随钻测量系统偏差较小,完全满足定向钻孔施工需求。 Aiming at the problem that the engineering parameters related to drlling tools in the borehole cannot be directly obtained in various kinds of drilling construction in coal mine at present,the engineering parameters measurement while drilling system suitable for underground working conditions of coal mine was developed,which includes four parts of hardware,sensor components,electronic devices and supporting software.It can measure engineering parameters near the bit at botom of the hole such as drilling pressure,torque,inner and outer annular pressure,rotational speed,vibration and temperature,and measure drilling trajectory parameters such as azimuth,inclination angle and tool facing angle.Introduced the working principle,components and main functions of the system in detail,and carried out the ground pilot test accordingly.The test show that the system has continuous stable working status and engineering parameters measurement accuracy,data variation trends accord with the actual working conditions,which can effectively guide the drilling construction;in the same hole section,the measured borehole trajectory parameter deviation is smaller than conventional cable measurement while drilling system,and fully meets the demand of directional drilling construction.
