摘要
煤矿井下钻孔施工工作中,孔内会排出大量的岩土和煤粉。由于钻孔的特殊性,在钻孔施工时,需向孔内压入一定压力的水帮助排渣,排出的渣土和煤粉在巷道内堆积流动,会存在严重的安全隐患,且不符合文明生产规定。因此,针对上述存在的问题,设计一种煤矿井下煤、岩、水混合物的分离、收集、导流装置,保障施工现场的安全和文明生产。
During the construction of drlling in underground coal mine,a large amount of rock and soil and coal powder will be discharged from the hole.Due to the particularity of drilling,during the drilling construction,it is necessary to simultaneously press a certain pressure of water into the hole to help discharge slag,and the discharged residue and coal powder will accumulate and flow in the roadway,which will have serious safety risks and do not meet the requirements of civilized production.Therefore,in view of the above problems,designed a separation,collection and diversion device of coal,rock and water mixture in the coal mine to ensure the safety and civilized production of the construction site.
