Analysis and Control Research on Oil Leakage Failure of Mining Cutting Reducer

减速器漏油容易引起齿轮打齿、轴承损坏等严重的传动故障。对煤矿井下连续采煤机用大功率密度截割减速器的漏油失效问题进行了分析研究,并结合现场使用经验提出了相应的解决措施,保证了减速器正常运行,提高了使用可靠性。

Oil leakage of cutting reducer easily leads to gear broken teeth,bearing damaged and other serious transmission faults.The oil leakage failure problem of high-power density cutting reducer for continuous miner in underground coal mine were analyzed and studied,certain solutions were proposed based on the on-site usage experience,which ensures the normal operation of the reducer and improves the use reliability.
