摘要
平动式锚杆钻机是在EBZ260M型锚杆钻机的基础上改进而成,其采用双摆动油缸的设计不仅提高了操作的效率还降低了操作难度。该钻机在工作中工况多变、受力复杂,其动力学性能直接影响设备工作效率和稳定性。通过在典型工况下使用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件进行模态分析,结果表明:力臂长度对锚杆钻机的影响较大,最低的固有频率约为20 Hz,高于其断续工作的最大频率11.983 Hz,不会发生共振。
The translational anchor rod drilling rig was improved based on the EBZ260M anchor rod drilling rig,and the design of double swing oil cylinder not only improves the operation efficiency but also reduces the operation difficulty.The working condition is changeable and the force is complex in drlling rig working,the dynamic performance directly affects the working efficiency and stability.Through modal analysis by using SolidWorks and ANSYS under typical working conditions,the results show that the arm length has a great influence on the anchor rod drilling rig,and the lowest natural frequency is about 20 Hz,above the maximum frequency of its intermittent work 11.983 Hz,resonance will not occur.
