带式输送机机头地脚螺栓力学特性分析

摘要 运行工况载荷下带式输送机机头地脚螺栓结合面的局部滑动可能导致联接松动。依据VDI-2230标准建立地脚螺栓联接结合面局部相对滑动的判定准则,通过对带式输送机机头的受力分析获得机头对地脚螺栓锚固点的作用力,利用有限元模型进行工况载荷静力学计算,分析地脚螺栓力学特性,根据判定准则实现对地脚螺栓联接结合面局部相对滑动的预测。 The local sliding of the joint surface of the anchor bolts at the head of the belt conveyor under operating load conditions may lead to the loosening of the connection.The judgment criterion of the local relative sliding of the anchor bolt connection joint surface was established based on VDI-2230 standard.By analyzing the force acting on the belt conveyor head,the force of the belt conveyor head on the anchor point of the anchor bolt was obtained.The static load calculation was carried out by the finite element model,and analyzed the mechanical characteristics of the anchor bolt.Based on the judgement criterion,the prediction of the local relative sliding of the anchor bolt connection joint surface was achieved.
