摘要
针对液压支架底座立柱压板安装空间小,其定位单耳挡块需要单独焊接,整体工艺性复杂的问题,提出了一种液压支架底座立柱压板的定位方法。通过取消单耳挡块的焊接,用柱窝处的开槽横肋板替代单耳挡块,并与定位销共同实现对立柱压板的有效定位。经过实际应用,该结构在保证不降低底座焊接强度的同时,大幅降低了立柱压板的安装难度和底座焊接工艺性的复杂程度,对于底座的生产和装配具有重要的借鉴意义。
In view of the problem that the installation space of column pressure plate of hydraulic support base is small,the positioning of single ear block needs to be welded separately,and the overall process is complex,a positioning method of column pressure plate of hydraulic support base was put forward.By cancelling the welding of the single ear block,the slotted transverse bar plate at the column socket was used to replace the single ear block,and with positioning pin,the effective positioning of the column pressure plate was corporate realized.After practical application,the structure not only ensures the welding strength of the base,at same time greatly reduces the installation difficulty of the column pressure plate and the complexity of the base welding process,which has important reference significance for the production and assembly of the base.
