隔爆壳体结构分析与优化

摘要 基于DXJL320壳体的3种结构分析,进行静力学仿真。分析对比仿真结果,选择力学性能最优的壳体结构。通过调整间距和配置面,确定加强肋配置方法,对壳体进行优化。确定最终优化方案,并为类似隔爆壳体结构设计提供了参考。 Based on the analysis of three kinds of structure of DXJL320 shell,the statics simulation was carried out.By analyzing and comparing the simulation results,the shell structure with the best mechanical performance was selected.By adjusting the spacing and collocation surface,the collocation method of reinforcing rib was determined,and the shell was optimized.The final optimization scheme was determined,and the reference for similar structure of explosion-proof shell design was provided.
