摘要
为了提高带式转载机机械结构强度,从而提升其机械性能,设计了一种带式转载机机尾架结构模型。利用三维仿真软件分析功能,从静力学角度对机尾架进行研究,验证处于最恶劣工况下机尾架的机械强度是否可靠;依据机尾架上容易遭到损坏的强度较低区域,提出合理化改进方案,有效改善机尾架的应力分布,减少应力集中区域;优化设计机尾架结构,使机械强度进一步提高。
In order to improve the mechanical structure strength of the belt transfer machine and thereby promotion its mechanical properties,a structural model of the tail frame of the belt transfer machine was designed.Using the analysis function of 3D simulation software,the tail frame was studied from the statics angle,and verified the reliability of the mechanical strength of the tail frame under the worst working conditions.According to the lower strength area which is easy to be damaged,the reasonable improvement scheme was put forward to improve the stress distribution and reduce the stress concentration area.The structure of tail frame was optimized to improve the mechanical strength.
