摘要
针对电池散热问题,进行了煤矿锂电池运料车风冷式电池热管理系统的建模与仿真。基于传热原理建立了电池热管理系统的数学模型,包括电池组、散热器和风流三部分。利用计算流体动学(CFD)平台构建了电池热管理系统的仿真模型,并进行了3种不同工况下的仿真实验。通过对比仿真结果,通风口位于锂电池前端的散热性能最为出色。
Aiming at the problem of battery dissipation,carried out the modeling and simulation of an air-cooled battery thermal management system for coal mine lithium battery transport vehicle.Based on the principle of heat transfer,a mathematical model of a battery thermal management system was established,which includes three parts of battery pack,heat sink and air flow.A simulation model of a battery thermal management system was constructed by using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)platform,and simulation experiments were conducted under three different operating conditions.By comparing the simulation results,the ventilation outlet located at the front end of the lithium battery has the best heat dissipation performance.
