摘要
针对煤矿井下钻杆使用寿命估算不准、钻杆信息管理不全导致断钻事故发生的问题,提出了一种可读取钻杆关键工况信息的健康监测系统。通过将钻杆唯一身份标识等信息植入钻杆中,采用射频技术实时读写,并与手持PC终端进行信息交互,最终实现钻杆全生命周期健康监测,为煤矿井下的钻杆管理模式带来重大进步,实现减人提效与安全生产的目标。
Aiming at the problem of inaccurate estimation of the service life of drilling tools and incomplete information management of drill pipe in coal mine,which lead to the occurrence of drlling accidents,a health monitoring system that can read key working condition information of drll pipe was proposed.By implanting unique identification information of drill pipe into the drill pipe,real-time reading and writing are carried out by using radio frequency technology,information exchange is carried out with handheld PC terminals,and ultimately achieves full life cycle health monitoring of drill pipe,which brings significant progress to the management mode of drill pipe in underground coal mine,and achieves the goals of reducing personnel,improving efficiency and ensuring safe production.
