“三全育人”视域下高校思想政治教育工作探究

Research on Ideological and Political Education in Universities from the Perspective of"Three-round Education"

摘要 当前,高校开展全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人还存在思想政治教育工作缺乏整体设计、专业课教师的思政教育能力不足、思政教育工作的评价机制不够完善等问题。高校要通过整合思政教育主体的力量和多方教育资源,加强师资培训,健全考评机制,加大激励力度,以提升育人实效。 Currently,universities are facing problems such as lack of overall design in ideological and political education,insufficient ability of professional course teachers in ideological and political education,and inadequate evaluation mechanisms for ideological and political education in carrying out all-round education.Universities should integrate the power of ideological and political education as the main body and multiple educational resources,strengthen teacher training,improve evaluation mechanisms,and increase incentives to enhance the effectiveness of education.
