基于Digimat软件的聚氨酯泡沫合成轨枕材料设计研究

摘要 以聚氨酯泡沫合成轨枕为研究对象,通过实验数据搭建聚氨酯泡沫基体材料数学模型,并基于Mori-Tanka方法,借助多尺度非线性复合材料软件Digimat构建了基体、增强相与最终零件性能之间的材料本构模型,通过逆向回归迭代法对材料本构模型进行修正,修正后的预算结果与实测值相近,最大偏差为3.76%。基于修正后的材料本构模型,分别研究了产品整体密度、玻纤含量等对产品纵横向强度的影响。结果表明:产品整体密度每提高0.1 g/cm^(3),纵向拉伸强度及拉伸模量约提高15%,而横向拉伸强度及拉伸模量约提高27%;提高玻纤含量能够显著提升产品的纵向拉伸强度及拉伸模量,但横向拉伸强度及拉伸模量反而会有所降低。 Taking polyurethane foam synthetic sleeper as the research object,the mathematical model of polyurethane foam matrix material was built through experimental data.Based on Mori-Tanka method,the matrix,reinforced phase and final part performance were built with the help of multi-scale nonlinear composite software Digimat.The material constitutive model was continuously revised through the reverse regression iteration method.The predicted results of the modified constitutive model were similar to the measured value,with a maximum deviation of 3.76%.Follows,based on the revised material constitutive model,the effects of the overall density and glass fiber content of the product on the longitudinal and transverse strength of the product were studied respectively.The results showed that,for every increase of 0.1 g/cm^(3) of the overall density of the product,the longitudinal tensile strength tensile and modulus were increased by about 15%,while the transverse tensile strength and tensile modulus were increased by about 27%.Increasing the content of glass fiber could significantly improve the longitudinal strength and modulus of the product,but the transverse strength and modulus would be reduced.
