聚氨酯软泡用生物基色浆的合成与应用研究

摘要 选取生物基植物油多元醇(大豆油、棕榈油和蓖麻油)和聚醚碳酸酯二醇,加入生物基分散剂和不同颜色的颜料粉,制备得到聚氨酯软泡用生物基色浆。对比传统聚醚多元醇制备的色浆,该生物基色浆黏度低,细度好,着色力强,储存稳定性佳,与聚氨酯组合料相容性好,对聚氨酯发泡性能影响小且TVOC低;各项性能均优于传统聚氨酯软泡用色浆,既能解决当下聚氨酯软泡着色问题,又符合国家绿色环保与低碳循环的可持续发展理念。 A type of bio-based color pastes for flexible polyurethane foam was prepared with bio-based vegetable oil polyol(soybean oil,palm oil and castor oil)and polyether carbonate diol,adding bio-based dispersant and pigment powder.Compared with the traditional polyether polyol color paste,the bio-based color paste had low viscosity,good fineness,strong coloring power,good storage stability,good compatibility with polyurethane composite material,little influence on polyurethane foaming properties and low TVOC.All properties of the bio-based color pastes were better than the traditional color paste propertes.The current coloring problem of flexible polyurethane foam could be solved,and was in line with the national green environmental protection and low-carbon cycle of sustainable development concept.
