摘要
以碳化二亚胺改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(CDMDI-100L)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)和醇类交联剂为原料,常温混合后在不同的温度固化,评估了新型环保热敏延迟催化剂AUCAT-RM301的热敏延迟性能及对聚氨酯弹性体的成型工艺和物理性能的影响,并与有机汞、有机铋催化剂进行对比。结果表明:在中高温固化体系中采用AUCAT-RM301为催化剂,有明显的热敏延迟性,体系对水分不敏感,凝胶时间长,后期成型快,具有良好的操作性与较好的制品性能,为聚氨酯弹性体的应用拓展了新途径。
A new environmentally friendly thermosensitive delay catalyst AUCAT-RM301 was evaluated by mixing carbonized diimide modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate(CDMDI-100L),polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG)and polyol crosslinking agent at room temperature and cured at different temperature.The thermosensitive delay performance of RM301 and its influence on the molding process and physical properties of polyurethane elastomers were compared with organic mercury and organic bismuth catalysts.The results showed that RM301 used as catalyst in the medium temperature(80℃)curing system had obvious thermosensitive delay.The system was insensitive to water,the gel time was long,the post molding was fast,had good operability and good product performance.A new way of research and development for the innovative application of polyurethane elastomer was developed.
