摘要
针对城市轨道交通工程项目安全风险程度高及管理复杂等问题,以浙江省杭州市某城市轨道交通工程项目为例,从组织因子、技术因子和环境因子三个方面筛选了人员素质等12个安全风险指标因子构建了风险评价指标体系,基于层次分析法(AHP)开展了该城市轨道交通工程项目的安全风险评价。
In view of the high degree of safety risk and complex management of urban rail transit projects,taking an urban rail transit project in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province as an example,12 safety risk index factors such as personnel quality were screened from three aspects:organizational factors,technical factors and environmental factors,and the safety risk evaluation of the urban rail transit project was carried out based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).
