摘要
为解决县域及城镇生活垃圾量少、热值低、建设成本高昂等问题,对生活垃圾焚烧炉的结构进行优化研究,提出炉排、炉拱、二燃室的结构设计方案,并利用Fluent软件仿真模拟三种不同的二燃室结构设计方案,结果表明:三种方案污染物浓度以及烟气停留时间均能满足标准要求,且方案三(二燃室尾部设计导流壁使烟气下行)在满足烟气停留时间大于2秒的情况下,850℃以上高温区域充满度最高,灰斗设计使得清灰更为便捷。
In order to solve the problems of small amount of municipal solid waste,low heat value and high construction cost in county and town areas,the structure of waste incinerator was optimized and studied.This paper proposed the structural design schemes reciprocating grate,furnace arch and reburning chamber,and simulated three different structural design schemes of reburning chamber by Fluent software.The results show that the concentration of pollutants and the residence time of flue gas in three schemes,and can all meet the requirements.However,scheme three(designing a guide wall at the tail of the reburning chamber to allow the flue gas to flow downwards)has the highest filling degree in the high-temperature area above 850℃,and the ash hopper design makes cleaning more convenient,under the condition that the residence time of flue gas is greater than 2 seconds.
