摘要
以国家“双碳”目标为切入点,基于我国中东部地区土地资源紧张、经济发达但电能供应紧张等现实情况,本文以安徽省某分布式光伏电站为例,通过对成本、发电量、投资收益和敏感性分析,预测项目的经济效益和环境效益。针对项目开发市场竞争力、发电量消纳、设备以及质量运维风险进行分析,提出了项目开发风险防控建议,有利于促进中东部分布式光伏项目的大规模开发。
Taking the national"dual carbon"goal as the starting point,based on the reality of land resource scarcity and economic development but power supply shortage in the central and eastern regions of China,this article takes a distributed photovoltaic power station in Anhui Province as an example,and predicts the economic and environmental benefits of the project through cost,power generation,investment returns,and sensitivity analysis.An analysis was conducted on the market competitiveness of project development,power generation consumption,equipment and quality operation and maintenance risks,and suggestions for project development risk prevention and control were proposed,which is conducive to promoting the large-scale development of distributed photovoltaic projects in the Middle East.
