摘要
随着高等学校工程专业认证的逐渐深入,工业设计专业发展迎来更多的机遇与挑战。以学科竞赛推动工科大学生创新能力培养,主要体现在学科人才培养方案优化、专业交叉融合、教师队伍整合以及思政育人、校企协同育人方针策略等方面。工科大学生创新能力培养,不仅体现在工程能力的提升,更兼具大学生对人文、思政以及优秀传统文化的认可、继承与发扬。教学方式的革新为大学生的理论学习注入新的活力,有针对性的学科竞赛为学生实践能力的培养提供更好的平台,成为理论教学的延伸和实践教学的载体。
With the gradual deepening of engineering professional certifi cation in colleges and universities,the industrial design specialty is facing more opportunities and challenges.Promoting the cultivation of engineering students’innovative ability by subject competition is mainly reflected in the optimization of subject talent training scheme,the crossintegration of majors,the integration of teachers,and the policies and strategies of ideological and political education and school-enterprise cooperation education.The cultivation of engineering students’innovative ability is not only reflected in the improvement of engineering ability,but also the recognition,inheritance and development of humanities,ideological and political education and excellent traditional culture.The innovation of teaching methods has injected new vitality into college students’theoretical study,while targeted discipline competitions have provided a better platform for the cultivation of students’practical ability.Become the extension of theoretical teaching and the carrier of practical teaching.
