基于OBE理念的项目课程研究与应用

摘要 对某光学特种装备课程实施项目式教学改革后,教师与学生一致认为取得较好的教学效果,且自身专业能力有很大的提升,但存在个性化学习欠缺、学习迁移不够、高阶能力无法评估等问题。将OBE理念与项目式教学模式相结合,通过最终学习成果对课程的反向设计和岗位任务对课程的正向设计,更能够使课程满足学生职业能力的阶梯式形成,实现培养高技术技能型人才的目的。 After the project reform of an optical special equipment course,teachers and students think that it has achieved food teaching eff ect and professional ability of students has great improvement.However,it also refl ects the problems of lack of individual learning,insuffi cient transfer of learning and inability to assess higher-order abilities.So combine OBE concept with project-based learning can solve these problems.OBE reverse-designs the curriculum through the fi nal learning outcome.And project-based learning designs the curriculum forward through the post task.This method can make students vocational ability of the formation of the step that achieve the purpose of training high-tech and skilled personnel.
