基于OBE理念的光电子课程群课程思政和CDIO教学模式改革与实践

摘要 工程教育专业认证的产生和发展指引着工科专业教学的改革与发展。对光电子课程群传统教学模式现状及存在的问题进行分析,树立以学生为中心的教育理念,围绕立德树人建设目标,通过挖掘和拓展光电子课程群中蕴含的思想政治元素,设计合理的教学方案,采用理论与实践相结合的模式来探索和开展课程思政,促进光电子课程群与思想政治理论课同向同行、协同育人。借鉴CDIO模式反向设计教学环节,从实践创新及团队协作能力培养、教学评价和考核机制等方面探讨教学模式改革的思考与实践,培养学生的创新能力、综合实践能力与团队沟通协作能力。经过课程思政与CDIO教学模式教学改革实践,学生的学习兴趣与主动性明显提升,教学效果得到显著增强。 The emergence and development of engineering education professional certification guides the reform and development of engineering professional teaching.The current situation and existing problems of the traditional teaching mode of the optoelectronics course group are analyzed.After establishing the student-centered educational philosophy and the goal of high moral values establishment and people cultivation,teachers explored and expanded the ideological and political elements contained in the optoelectronics course group,and designed reasonable teaching programs.The combination of theory and practice is adopted to carry out ideological and political education in curriculum,which promoted the development of optoelectronic courses,ideological and political theory courses in the same direction and collaborative education.With reference to the reverse design of the teaching link of the CDIO model,the thinking and practice of teaching model reform are discussed from the aspects of practical innovation and teamwork ability training,teaching evaluation and assessment mechanism.Students’innovative ability,comprehensive practical ability and team communication and collaboration ability have been cultivated.Through the practice of ideological and political education in curriculum and the CDIO teaching model teaching reform,students’learning interest and initiative have been signifi cantly improved,and the teaching eff ect has been signifi cantly improved.
