活用案例教学法 增强士官任职培训效果——以飞机构造课程为例

Flexibly Use Case-Study Method to Improve Quality of Sergeants Training:Taking Aircraft Structure Course as Example

针对士官任职培训中采用传统讲授式教学法难以满足培训要求的问题,在研究士官学员特点的基础上,对在士官任职培训中采用案例教学的必要性进行分析,并以飞机构造课程为例,给出在士官任职培训课程中开展案例教学的实施策略:一是要广泛占有素材;二是要分析梳理整合;三是要灵活运用。实践结果表明,采用案例教学可有效增强军队院校士官人才培养的效果。

Aiming at the problems that the traditional study method can’t satisfy the needs of sergeants training,this paper researches the characteristics of sergeants students,analyses the necessity of using the case-study method during the sergeants training,and takes Aircraft Structure course for instance,gives three implementation strategies:fi rstly,collecting the material as much as possible;secondly,analyse and integrate the material;thirdly,fl exibly use the case-study method.Practice indicates that the case-study method can eff ectively improve the quality of sergeants training.
