双面影响系数平衡法在机械实验教学中的应用

摘要 工程实践表明,不平衡带来的振动问题大量存在于旋转机械中。影响系数平衡法作为一种快速、高效的现场动平衡方法,被广泛应用在工程现场旋转机械振动问题的消除中。研究双面影响系数平衡法在机械专业本科生实验教学中的应用,旨在提高机械专业本科生动平衡实验教学质量,培养理论联系实际的专业型实用人才。 Engineering practice shows that a large number of vibration problems caused by unbalance exist in rotating machinery.As a fast and effi cient on-site dynamic balance method,the infl uence coeffi cient balance method is widely used in the elimination of vibration problems of rotating machinery on the engineering site.This paper studies the application of the double-sided infl uence coeffi cient balance method in the experimental teaching of mechanical undergraduates,aiming to improve the quality of vividly balanced experimental teaching of mechanical undergraduates,and cultivate professional and practical talents who integrate theory with practice.
